Building an Observatory – make your roll off roof waterproof

After weeks of rain I have realized that I need to make the roll off roof waterproof, well not the roof itself, but rather the seam between the structure (wall) and the roof. I wanted to address the gap in the front, just because I can’t have a protective metal plate sticking down and I also wanted to address the hole for the gear rod. In this video I will install some rubber moulding to protect against water and a brush moulding to protect against wind and dust. I will also install a bigger protective metal plate over the door and gear rod.
