Building an Observatory Part 4

Mixing bad and good weather with trips to the beach with the kids, nice barbecue dinners with friends and building on my miniature home observatory.

In this fourth video I will complete the insulation both under the structure and under the floor, as well as mount the oil hardened boards that is the base for the insulation under the floor. As floor I chose a raw wood board, not planed, that I mounted using screws sideways for a hidden installation (no screws visible). I also constructed a small integrated box in the floor that I’m going to use for housing all cables and power supplies. I’m going to search for a metallic grid to cover the box and still allow for ventilation.
