Messier 13 – The Hercules Cluster, 2021-10-18.
First photo session is sub zero temperatures and I thought I came prepared. It was cold and I forgot to turn off the lights on our home which resulted in me trying to focus my telescope for about 40 minutes until I realized that. Anyway, while setting up for the main event I took a few exposures of the Hercules Cluster. I had to crop a lot since I got some satellites and other stuff in the images.
5x240s, ISO1600, bortle 4. Clear skies and about -3C. Total integration time 20 minutes.
Skywatcher Evostar 80ED Pro+focal reducer 0,85x and Canon 60D on Skywatcher HEQ5 Pro with Skywatcher Evoguide 50ED and ZWO ASI 120 MM Mini. Image processing with DSS and PI.
